Staffordshire defence consultants expands by 50% to meet demand

A STAFFORDSHIRE defence firm has expanded its premises and invested in staff training as demand for its services increases.

Aspire Consulting, based in Tamworth, has grown by 50% and is investing heavily in additional training for staff to ensure it continues to meet the needs of its clients.

Peter Stuttard, managing director of the firm, said: “Investing in staff is something we pride ourselves in. Like most organisations, our most valuable asset is our people. Aspire provides innovative Supportability Engineering Services, Systems Terology and Training for the defence sector.  

On top of its commitment to staff, Aspire has appointed a New Business Manager to head up the company’s Decision Support Service (DSS) Business Area.

Terry Child will manage Aspire’s current portfolio of DSS contracts, including the production of a Generic Rotary Wing Availability Model for the MoD, as well as the development of the firm’s tools and techniques.
