Vail Williams concludes deal on Birmingham computer training centre

COMPUTER training facilities in Birmingham have been enhanced following a new deal brokered by commercial property agent Vail Williams.
The new operation is set to take up the entire fourth floor of Quayside Tower, Broad Street, covering 6,318 sq ft. It has been let on a 10-year agreement with a five-year break clause.
The training service is being brought to the city by further education college Highbury, based in Portsmouth, through its subsidiary, New Horizons. The college already runs a number of other branches around the country.
The business is a UK offshoot of New Horizons Learning Centers, the largest independently-owned training company in the world with over 300 locations in 70 countries.
New Horizons tasked Vail Williams to find premises of between 5,000 and 6,000 sq ft in the city centre, with the college eventually settling on Quayside Tower.
The Quayside Tower agreement follows a hat-trick of major property deals brokered by Vail Williams in Birmingham, which together total nearly 40,000 sq ft of office and industrial space.
Carole Taylor, partner, Vail Williams in Birmingham, said: “This latest deal, at Quayside Tower, brings greater training opportunities into the heart of Birmingham, which is good news both for businesses and individuals.
“We were challenged by New Horizons to deliver a very specific type of property for their plans. Our team’s market insight and depth of expertise meant we quickly secured the right premises to suit their business needs.”
