Glenlake takes last unit at Anchor Brook

PLASTIC injection moulding specialist Glenlake International has expanded its operations at Anchor Brook Industrial Park, Aldridge.
The company has taken an additional 4,100 sq ft of warehousing space in unit F9 on a three year lease at £4.75 per sq ft from landlord Hortons’ Estate.
Glenlake International currently occupies three units, totalling 9,000 sq ft, at Anchor Brook.
The new letting means that the industrial park is now fully let.
Steve Tommy, commercial surveyor at Hortons, said: “Glenlake is one of the original tenants on the estate and have been in occupation for over 15 years.
“We are pleased that we have been able to accommodate the business’s continued expansion at the site.
“The level of interest we have received from occupiers for Anchor Brook has created stability on the estate and this has resulted in us achieving full occupancy.”
Both parties were unrepresented.
