Trebor launches Apollo to the market

Trebor Developments has officially launched its new commercial property at Birmingham’s Advanced Manufacturing Hub.

The 94,500 sq ft Aston facility has been developed in collaboration with funding partner Aviva Investors Pensions.

The unit, dubbed Apollo, is expected to attract significant interest due to the current shortage of such properties on the market. It is available for immediate letting.

The partners invited 40 industrial agents from across the Midlands to a launch event to highlight the building’s capabilities and to discuss occupier requirements.

Bob Tattrie, managing partner of Trebor Developments, said: “The Apollo building is excellently located close to Birmingham city centre, with access onto motorway network via the A38 Aston Expressway.

“It is one of very few quality new build buildings of its size available across the whole of the West Midlands and with its availability for immediate occupation, we have seen considerable interest from a range of occupiers.

“The Advanced Manufacturing Hub location is now a well-established, prominent, development area in Birmingham and we have welcomed the opportunity to work with Birmingham (city council) and Homes and Communities Agency in bringing forward this excellent building.”

Ben Lomax, asset manager at Aviva Investors, added: “We are delighted to be bringing this building to the market at such an exciting time, whilst promoting skills and jobs opportunities at the Advanced Manufacturing Hub.”

The development is being marketed by joint agents, Savills Birmingham and Cushman and Wakefield’s  Birmingham office.
