JCT600 invests in showroom redevelopments
JCT600 is investing in the redevelopment of two of its showrooms in Sheffield and Menston.
The first is the refurbishment of the Mercedes-Benz Sheffield dealership at Meadowhall, as part of a rebranding. Work is expected to be complete in September.
It will have space for 15 new cars and three AMG vehicles.
“As ever, our focus is on making the customer’s experience with us as pleasant as possible. This latest retail concept from Mercedes-Benz aims to provide comfortable, more intimate surroundings whether our customers want to relax or use their time with us to work and staff will come out to them, wherever they are,” explained Mark Taylor, group property director of JCT600.
“The completion of the refurbishment by the autumn will mean that our new showroom will be ready in time for the increased footfall we expect from the new car registrations in September and also from the opening of the largest IKEA store in the North of England just up the road from us.”
The second redevelopment is at JCT600’s Peugeot and SEAT dealerships on Bradford Road in Menston.
Work began at the end of May and is expected to be completed by the end of July.
“We are constantly upgrading our dealerships in line with the brands’ newest ideas for enhancing the customer experience. This latest work will enable customers at Peugeot Menston and SEAT Menston to enjoy comfortable and stylish surroundings as well as providing improved facilities whether customers want to work or relax while they’re with us,” explained Taylor.
