£140m-turnover workplace supplies firm secures space in Leeds

Workplace supplies specialist OfficeTeam, which has a £140m-turnover, has signed a ten-year lease on a 18,200 sq ft unit in Leeds.

Industrial landlord Towngate has welcomed the business into its growing client portfolio, with the signing of the contract for Unit D at Turnkey Park in Leeds.

Founded over a century ago, the £140m-turnover office equipment firm offers  products and services aimed at streamlining the process of workplace equipment procurement for businesses. The team has now expanded in Leeds, taking occupation of the 18,200 sqft unit on Royds Lane.

OfficeTeam will have a single detached bay unit, incorporating a two-storey office space.

Towngate’s property manager Tom Lamb said: “The West Yorkshire region is proving ever more popular with national suppliers and distributors, so we are delighted to welcome Office Team as a tenant to the Towngate portfolio. We look forward to working with them over the coming years.”

Leeds-based property agent Carter Towler assisted with marketing the unit and Nigel Tapp & Co acted on behalf of OfficeTeam to supported both firms throughout the leasing process.
