Refurbished industrial site full following two deals

A Leeds industrial site has reached full occupancy after leases were signed by a software engineering firm and an international freight business.

On behalf of Georgetown Carr, Ryden has completed the lettings of Unit 2 and Unit 3, Kingsmark Court on Intercity Way.

SoftOffice has taken over the 4,591 sq ft Unit 2, while Freight Fusion is the new occupier of the 4,697 sq ft Unit 3.

Dan Hodge, associate at Ryden, said: “We were delighted to have advised Georgetown Carr in these transactions and bring Kingsmark Court to full occupancy.
