Landmark building to host more than 30,000 sq ft of offices

Refurbished office space has been brought to the market in the centre of Leeds.

Schroders, represented jointly by Savills and Carter Towler, is marketing the 32,916 sq ft space at 1 East Parade.

Available from summer of this year, the property consists of 25,478 sq ft of remodelled Grade A workspace over ground to third floor, with a further suite of 5,620 sq ft on the seventh floor and a brand new eighth floor of 1,818 sq ft.

1 East Parade is currently undergoing a substantial revamp to provide modern office accommodation. The refurb will include a striking new reception area, leading to offices on the upper floors, as well as contemporary common areas and new floor by floor air conditioning.
