Construction company secures prestigious consultancy position

The Leeds office of Perega has been appointed as a structural and civil engineering consultant on a new framework, launched by social housing consortium Effficiency North Holdings Ltd.

Perega is one of 70 construction companies selected by EN:Procure, Efficiency North Holdings Ltd’s specialist procurement arm, to provide expert consultancy for future projects covered by the framework across The North and East Midlands.

The new framework itself will deliver a full range of cutting edge, cost-efficient and easy to access consultancy services for Efficiency North’s membership and customers in the social housing and wider public sector.

Developed mainly for social housing, the framework is also relevant to other public sector buildings including schools, universities, offices, and core infrastructure.

With a total estimated value of £10.4m across a four-year lifetime, the framework offers a comprehensive portfolio of service lots, from quantity surveying and architecture through to structural and civil engineering.
