Lease deal wrapped up with packaging supply and repair business

Green Lane Networkcentre, Featherstone, is almost fully let after a new tenant signed up for the industrial park.

Doncaster-based asset management specialists NSM, which manages Green Lane Networkcentre, has agreed terms with Independent Packaging Technicians Limited, formerly based in Pontefract.

IPT is a small, independent packaging supply and repair company with its main focus on large automatic strapping and wrapping equipment serving the whole of the UK.

The lease has been agreed on Unit 7, which offers 1,558 sq ft for the growing company.

Green Lane Networkcentre is just off Boothroyd Way near the A655. The site overall provides 30,691 sq ft of 20 self-contained workspace units.

Other tenants currently on the site include: I Care (GB) Ltd, Emergency Medical Transports Ltd and Prestige Work Surfaces Ltd.

NSM associate director, Helen Gordon, said: “Green Lane Networkcentre is a very popular space for SMEs that offers flexibility as well as excellent transport links to the M62 and onto the M1 and M62.

“I am sure IPT will settle in very quickly and we’re confident it won’t be long before the final unit is taken after recent interest.”
