SME expert takes managing partner role

Caroline Pullich, a former winner of TheBusinessDesk.com’s Leadership Awards which are currently open for entries, has been appointed the managing partner at NFU Mutual Bost Spa Agency.

Pullich who was previously head of SME Yorkshire for Barclays will take up the role from 18 January, leading and managing the office and the team that look after the insurance needs of individuals and businesses across the region.

Alongside the appointment Pullich has also become the senior group secretary for the local NFU branch and will continue her other roles including chair of Institute of Directors, North Yorkshire, board member of Maggie’s Cancer Yorkshire and as a member of the Leeds Chamber of Commerce leadership group.

Dave Smith, NFU Mutual regional manager, North East said: “Caroline brings 30 years of experience in professional and financial services having held senior positions at Barclays & NatWest. Entrepreneurial flair and ambition were key to appointing the new managing partner and Caroline has an extensive network and will be able to support the local farming and business community. NFU Mutual is the UK’s leading rural insurer offering insurance, investments, pensions and risk management services”.
