House builder shifts to bigger base as it targets growth

Gleeson Homes’ East Yorkshire office has moved to new, larger premises in Hessle, Hull.

The Gleeson East Yorkshire regional office has relocated to Iridium Court from Scunthorpe.

Its requirement for an office move comes after a period of substantial growth for Gleeson’s East Yorkshire region, with an increase in both headcount and the number of homes built.

Opting for a 5,652 sq ft office, the East Yorkshire region is one of Gleeson’s largest with 16 developments currently live and more coming soon, along with a healthy pipeline of new land.

The company’s regional managing director for East Yorkshire, Wayne Sutton, said: “We are pleased to be moving into a new, larger premises as this shows our commitment to growing our business here over the coming years.
