Maki & Ramen lines up Leeds site

Edinburgh-based Japanese restaurant concept Maki & Ramen is lining up a second opening in England in Leeds.
According to Propel the business, which was founded by Teddy Lee in 2013, has lined up an opening on the ex-Pret A Manger site in the city’s Bond Street.
Earlier this year, the company made its debut south of the border when it opened a site in York Street, in Manchester’s Piccadilly area.
It most recently opened a second site in Glasgow, in the city’s Renfield Street, on a former Cook and Indi’s World Buffet unit.
Maki & Ramen also currently operates five sites in Edinburgh and another in Glasgow.
