Full house at industrial estate after national chain launches trade counter

Oakwell Trade Park, in Birstall, is now fully let after Howdens Joinery opened a new trade counter within the development.

The national chain has expanded into 5,000 sq ft of space in a deal brokered by Robert Austin & Co Chartered Surveyors, acting on behalf of owner’s South Parade Properties. Carter Towler were also appointed as joint letting agents.

Howdens joins existing trade counter chain Toolstation on the estate. Easy Bathrooms is also located immediately opposite. 

Prior to the letting Robert Austin & Co project managed the building’s refurbishment.
