Health and beauty chain snaps up space at retail park

Superdrug has confirmed that it will open the doors to a new store tomorrow – 30 May – in Doncaster Wheatley Retail Park.
The national chain will create 24 new permanent roles at the 8,276 sq ft unit.
This store will be its second in Doncaster as the retailer continues expanding its bricks-and-mortar retail footprint, with plans to open 25 new stores in 2024, as it marks its 60th year on the British high street.
Its latest branch will offer customers health and beauty products, everyday toiletries, beauty treatments and luxury fragrances.
Nigel Duxbury, property director at Superdrug, said: “We are pleased to be opening a second store in Doncaster at the Wheatley Retail Park.
“We are confident that local customers will love and welcome the new store, as it offers a wide range of popular health and beauty brands, a luxury fragrance counter and a professional Beauty Studio.”
