Investor launches 125-home city centre scheme

Property investment firm, ERE Property Group, has launched its latest development – The One Residences, in central Leeds.

The off-plan scheme comprises a 12-storey building accommodating 125 one, two and three-bedroom apartments which are available to rent.

Situated in Manor Mills Road, The One Residences is next ERE Property Group’s own offices.

The business says it has chosen Leeds because the city is an ideal location for property investment, “offering robust returns and sustained growth.”

It cites the impact of the Leeds Transformational Regeneration Partnership, a 10-year programme supported by the council, Government, Homes England, and the West Yorkshire Mayoral Authority.
