York-based agency, Partners PR, has won a brief to help raise the profile of full-service rail engineering company, PBH Rail Group following growth that saw the company’s annual turnover increase by 10% to £11m. 

Founded over two decades ago and operating from York, PBH specialises in railway infrastructure design, providing a range of consultancy services for rail engineering projects across the UK and overseas. 

In May 2024, the company expanded its offering and introduced a new civil engineering department, which was followed by a raft of new recruits, including Gary Robson, who was appointed as managing director for Civils. 

Partners PR is delivering an integrated PR and social media campaign to increase brand awareness for PBH Rail Group and maintain its reputation as a full-service rail professional while the company continues its growth trajectory.

Leeds-based digital agency, Fusion Unlimited, has entered a new partnership with mattress and bedding brand Duvalay.

Duvalay, which is also based in Leeds, is owned by Raskelf Group. It has been transforming outdoor sleeping experiences since 2003, when it first launched a sleeping bag with a mattress and pillow designed for campervans and caravans.

Fusion Unlimited will enhancing its online presence through targeted paid social and paid search campaigns.

This is intended to help Duvalay embed its position as a market leader in the outdoor bedding sector.

Performance marketing agency, Another Concept, has capped off a successful first year by unveiling a new website and two hires.

The business was originally launched in October 2023 by four digital marketing experts – Alex Gregory, Marcus Hearn, Tom Brook, and Rich Hart.

It now has a solid client base and a secure pipeline of new business.

The agency opened a Leeds city centre office at the Bracken workspace at Calls Wharf, well ahead of the roadmap the founders had initially planned when starting up.

The two latest hires are digital marketing executive Sam Wood and content writer Maggie Atkinson.

Co-founder, Rich Hart, said: “We’re ecstatic to have had such a successful first year. We began Another Concept with one thing in mind, and that was to provide exceptional service to all of our clients.

Specialist digital marketing agency, Engage, delivered a record breaking paid media marketing campaign for British restaurant business, Whitbread – generating £1.6m in bookings.

Engage developed and implemented a data capture led strategy, with the goal of encouraging consumers to visit their local Whitbread restaurant.

Whitbread, which has more than 140 UK restaurants including the Beefeater, has been running seasonal campaigns with Leeds-based marketing agency Engage since 2012 and was looking for a fresh approach.

The campaign was rolled out across paid search, social and display advertising – focusing on location and proposition-based keywords to attract active searchers.

Digital performance agency, Connective3, has been appointed by UK loft storage company, Instaloft, following a competitive pitch process.

Instaloft is the largest loft storage supplier in the UK, installing over 10,000 lofts a year and employing over 190 people.

Connective3 has been hired to deliver a Paid Social and pay-per-click strategy to drive national leads for home improvement enquiries.

The agency was chosen as a result of its extensive experience in the home improvement space.
