Renewable training provider snaps up city centre offices

Leeds-based workspace provider, Northspring Park Row, has welcomed GTEC Training to the building this month, as the company takes a lease for a fully-fitted suite on the fourth floor.

GTEC is a UK renewable training provider, with over 15 years’ experience.

It specialises in the provision of electrical, renewable, DEA and OFTEC oil training, alongside specifically tailored training programs, IT solutions and other services within the building service industry.

The firm’s move to Northspring Park Row marks its growth into Leeds as it opens this new office in the city centre.

GTEC is expanding its operations in the North and also has hubs in Nottingham, the Isle of Man, Sunderland and Wiltshire.

Griff Thomas, managing director at GTEC, said: “We are establishing a new tech team to write cutting-edge code in the built environment, and Leeds offered us everything we needed.

“We looked at 14 different office spaces in or around central Leeds before choosing Northspring. The shared meeting room will definitely see the most use from our team.”

James Jackson, at Carter Towler, said: “We are thrilled to welcome GTEC to the Northspring family. This latest letting is a testament to the quality of the offering at Northspring and the exceptional amenities on offer to occupiers.

“It is no surprise that the building only has one final suite remaining, which we expect to get snapped up in the near future.”

The Northspring workspace family has seven properties across the country in Leeds, Birmingham and Manchester.
