A property consultancy has made a string of promotions at its Doncaster office following a successful period for the company.

Fisher German has promoted Rosie Theaker to associate partner, Ryan Bannister to associate, Jonathan Butler to senior surveyor and Paris Atkinson to senior property administrator. 

Theaker joined Fisher German in 2021 and works within the firm’s North East Estate Management team.  

She has a wide range of experience in estate management and associated professional work, encompassing all aspects of a rural property portfolio, and works with clients across the North East and East Midlands.

She said: “I am extremely pleased to receive this promotion in recognition of my work.

The firm has made a total of 64 promotions across the business.

Leeds and Manchester-based property and construction consultancy, Zerum Group, has welcomed a new director of cost management to its Yorkshire team.

Pritam Mistry, joins the Leeds office of Zerum from Colliers, where he held the post of associate director and brings a total of 13 years of experience to the new role.

In his new position he will be responsible for leading and growing the cost management service offer for Zerum’s clients in Yorkshire and beyond as the consultancy seeks to strengthen its presence in the region, expand its cost management client base and build on its reputation for planning, highways and project management.

Mistry said: “I’m thrilled to be joining Zerum at such an exciting time. The business has an outstanding reputation for building strong client relationships and delivering great projects that bring value to the community.

Cressie Killick

Cressie Killick and Amy Saunders have officially qualified as solicitors at Harrowells Solicitors, in York.

Saunders qualifies into the Commercial Property department and Killick into the Residential Property department.
