KR8 Advisory launches Leeds office with senior hire

KR8 Advisory has opened a Leeds office as part of its national expansion plans.

The restructuring firm, which launched earlier this year in Manchester and London, has appointed Rob Halliday as associate managing director who will head up the new Yorkshire office based at West Village on Wellington Street.

Halliday most recently worked for a global professional services firm, bringing more than 14 years of specialist restructuring and corporate finance experience. Working closely with clients and key stakeholders to preserve value during periods of business distress, Rob has significant special situations M&A experience.

He said: “I’m thrilled at the opportunity to join KR8 at a time of sustained growth with the establishment of an office in Leeds, which is a key expansion area for both KR8 and the wider K3 Capital Group.

Launched in January, KR8 Advisory said it will continue to recruit across all offices and seek further expansion into other key UK cities.
