Eddisons on deal streak

EDDISONS has completed deals on more than 42,000 sq ft of space in West Yorkshire.

Kirklees Council and Belle Lingerie have taken leases on more than 6,300 sq ft at Scandinavia Court Business Park in Cleckheaton.

Meanwhile, Eriks Industrial Services Ltd is the latest tenant to be attracted to the Wellington Business Park on Sticker Lane in Bradford.

Eddisons has also completed lettings at sites across Bradford including Pitcliffe Way Industrial Estate, Rowan Trade Park, Grange Industrial Park and at Chapel Works in Keighley.

Tenants taking space included Healthcare Direct, RH Plastics and AGR Racking.
