Lease deal for logistics firm

A COURIER business has signed a deal on two properties in South Yorkshire.

Courier Logistics has agreed to lease two buildings at Mangham Road, Rotherham, for ten years.

The deal with Chestergate Properties will see the company move from Dodds Court, in Rotherham, into space totalling 38,000 sq ft.

Toby Vernon, senior director of Industrial Agency at CBRE in Sheffield which negotiated the deal, said; “The buildings are situated in a prominent position on Mangham Road, the main estate through the Barbot Hall Industrial Estate.

“The secure, self-contained site ideally suited Courier Logistics’ requirements as it is located just a mile north of Rotherham town centre and benefits from good connectivity to the M1, plus parking facilities and on site security features.”
