PR duo launch new venture

TWO Leeds PR professionals have joined forces to launch a new content and communications agency based in the city centre.

Jasmine Headley and Nina Hands have set up Content Soup offering PR, social media and copywriting services.

The duo have 20 years’ experience between them and have delivered campaigns across sectors including retail, fashion, beauty, leisure and tourism, consumer electronics and construction.

Both felt the time was right to create a specialist content agency and launch with seven retained clients.

Hands, who has spent the past 10 years working in senior roles for Yorkshire agencies, said: “To succeed now, brands have to start thinking like publishers – offering audiences interesting content they really want to share. Creating that special kind of content and getting it in the hands of key influencers is where we stand out, and what’s winning us business.”

Headley, who has worked both agency and client side, added: “Blending PR, social, experiential and copywriting into compelling mixes that ignite positive reactions is our speciality, but we also deliver killer client service. Having been client-side, we really understand the complex needs of in-house teams, the challenges they face, and the commercial approach they expect, and act as senior advisors to make their lives as easy as possible. We’re passionate about what we do and that really shows in our work.”
