Developer appoints non-executive chairman behind £107m turnover law firm

DEVELOPER Mulgrave Properties has appointed prominent law firm chairman Adrian Christmas as their non-executive chairman.
From 2006 until 2013 Mr Christmas was owner and executive chairman of Minster Law in York, building it into one of the top 35 law firms in the country with 850 employees with an annual turnover of £107 million. He currently retains the role of non-executive chairman for the law firm.
He has also been a prominent figure in the property sector, acting for organisations such as the Peterborough Development Corporation, David Wilson Homes and Lloyds Bank.
Andy Campbell, chief executive of Easingwold-based Mulgrave Properties, said: “We are delighted to welcome Adrian as our new non-executive chairman.
“He’s one of the regions’ leading businessmen who has been at the forefront of the law and property sectors for a number of years and has a proven track record of major successes.

Mulgrave Properties specialise in residential developments in Yorkshire and the North East. The company currently has schemes in Easingwold, Nunthorpe, Sandsend and Crakehall.
