Sports travel firm gets from A to B with office move

CORPORATE and sports travel firm Traveleads has relocated its Leeds offices to within the premises of Evans Property Group.

Traveleads is a corporate travel management firm, with clients in the national sporting community, and is wholly owned by Evans.

Amongst 40 others, clients include the Rugby Football League, England & Wales Cricket Board, Scottish Rugby, British Swimming and British Cycling, as well as looking after the travel for Andy Murray and his support team.

Another area of the company’s work involves film and television productions, with the BBC and a wide variety of independent production houses relying on the company’s expertise to keep filming schedules on track.

Joint managing director Gary McLeod said: “Traveleads is wholly owned by the Evans family and when a section of their Millshaw premises was recently refurbished it allowed us an excellent opportunity to take a commercial lease on a large floor area within the building and relocate our 50-strong team onto one floor” commented.

“Our previous premises, whilst conveniently located, were within a three-floor former Victorian clothing factory site, so this is a great move which allows us to promote greater working integration between the operational teams as we grow the business.”

“We are delighted to be in our new premises and looking forward to a very bright future in an excellent location. Business grew by over 15% last year in our Leeds and Edinburgh operations, and both cities are seeing encouraging business expansion which means that there is more work to be secured going forward.”
