Capital gains for G&H with £4m contract win

BUILDING services group G&H has won a £4m contract on a 17-storey apartment block in London.
The mechanical and electrical services contract for work on Colliers Wood Tower in south-west London is the latest project for the growing Pudsey-based group.
G&H Building Services’ managing director Graham Kelly said: “This is a sizeable and significant contract and is the latest in a long line of projects we have managed in London.
“This is a large project that will be challenging due to the tower being 17 storeys high but we have great experience completing complex schemes of this important nature.”
The project will see the 173 one and two-bed apartments transformed, with G&H’s work including the installation of a central heating system that will feed individual boiler interface units.
