Caribbean restaurant creates 60 jobs with £800,000 investment

CARIBBEAN brand Turtle Bay is muscling in on the West Yorkshire restaurant scene with the creation their first restaurant in Huddersfield.
The site is the second in Yorkshire following the launch of a York city site earlier this year, set to open this month, as it targets aggressive expansion.
Further openings are planned for Leeds and Sheffield later this year.
The Caribbean restaurant will create 60 jobs in Huddersfield with an £800,000 investment in the 190-cover restaurant.
Refurbishment is already underway at the the site that was formerly occupied by The Cotton Factory bar.
The 8,634 sq f site on the corner of King Street and Cross Church Street is due to open mid-October.
The firm has 18 other sites in Manchester, Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, Bristol and Derby.
