£2.2m warehouse conversion flats sell out

DEVELOPER Knight Knox has fully sold all units at its £2.2m Sheffield warehouse conversion.
The residential scheme at Bells Court, consisting of 29 apartments, have all sold speculatively within 3 months since its launch.
The development is due to complete fully in 2016 as the two-storey 9,500 sq ft urban warehouse block gets further amenities.
Andy Phillips, commercial director at Knight Knox, said: “Completely selling out Bells Court so quickly is a testament to the increasing attractiveness of Sheffield as a place to invest.
“There are great plans afoot for the area as the population continues to grow, and we’re delighted to be a part of it.
“Bells Court is a really unique, bespoke development of studio apartments which perfectly balances modern fixtures and fittings with the original period features of the building, and will make a valuable contribution to our extensive portfolio of premium residential property.”
“It’s a really exciting time for the Yorkshire property scene. With the recent announcement of a national rise in private housing rental prices, we’re seeing a surge in demand from investors seeking premium properties, with cities such as Leeds and Sheffield proving particularly popular.”
