Leeds industrial development secures two tenants

DOUBLE lettings, totalling 112,839 sq ft has been completed at an industrial site in outer Leeds.

CBRE’s Industrial Agency team in Leeds signed up plumbing supplier Wolseley and Franklin Windows to the site.

This follows the sale of the two industrial units totaling 112,839 sq ft to Prospect Estates.

Prospect Estates purchased the former Leeds direct mail facility comprising 112,839 sq ft for an undisclosed sum.

The units, launched as Prospect Park, are located on a 183,388 sq ft site just off the Leeds Outer Ring Road where existing occupiers include Leeds City Council, NPower, Royal Mail, Virgin Media and Unilever.

The deals offer a fantastic opportunity for Wolseley and Franklin Windows to acquire well-connected accommodation, with the potential for redevelopment, within a recognised industrial location with established neighbouring operations.”
