Entrepreneur launches Bradford business park

A BUSINESSMAN and recent graduate has, with the help of his family, launched a Bradford business hub to attract entrepreneurs from across the North.
Bradford Harjoth Sekhon is a recent graduate of the University of Chester.
With the help of his father and uncle, he has invested £500,000 in the renovation of 80 offices, dubbed The Enterprise Hub.
The site, Prospect House on Tong Street contains 14,000 sq ft of space.
Located off the M606, The Enterprise Hub has parking for 100 cars.
With his team, Mr Sekhon has been renovating the site for 5 months, and has just completed phase one of the development.
He has already rented 15 offices in the building.
He said: “I graduated from university last July and decided to go straight in the deep end, taking on this project. The building had been empty for quite some time and I realised there was a demand for affordable office space in the area.
“I wanted to create a business centre (named The Enterprise Hub) for startups and growing companies to thrive in a professional environment without worrying about expensive rent or bills.
“There is a high demand for one and two person offices in the area so phase two of the project will provide 11 further offices.”
