Speculative 62,000 sq ft warehouse underway

DEVELOPERS have announced that the construction of a 62,000 sq ft Doncaster warehouse is underway, with completion set for November 2016.

The new unit is located at the First Point Business Park at Watervole Way in Bably.

Developers Commercial Property Partners are placing the unit at the well-stocked site, where tenants include Amazon, Victoria Plum and Nisbets.

The Grade A unit will include offices and a dedicated service yard.

Toby Verson, CPP Partner comments: “The South Yorkshire market is suffering from an acute shortage of grade-A commercial property, and yet tenant demand continues to grow.

“This new development therefore will be very well received by the market, not least due to its prime location – and indeed we have already heard from a number of interested parties.”

Unit 3, Watervole Way is available to let by way of a new lease at a rent of £5.50.

CPP is marketing the unit jointly with Barnsdales.
