Property management firm adds four new partners

SDL Property Partners has added four partners to its franchise network.

New joiners include Ainsworth Lord Estates, which will be the first member of the SDL Property Partners network in the North West. The Lancashire-based, family-run estate agency business has featured on the Channel 5 documentary ‘Nightmare Tenants, Slum Landlords’, offering expert advice on the more challenging aspects of the property industry.

Two established estate agency businesses in the South East are also joining SDL Property Partners; West London-based Jezzards and Kent-based Medway Premier Block Management. Meanwhile Peter Morgan will become the second partner based in south Wales, bringing 30 years’ industry experience. Following the original model, his new business will trade as SDL Property Management Peter Morgan.
