New MD and management structure as print agency goes for growth

Mansfield-based print and creative design agency CCM has shaken up its management structure after adding four new members of staff to its team.
The company, which counts EDF Energy, Trent Barton and Games Workshop among its customers, is now looking to double in size over the next three years.
Former sales and marketing director Trent Peek has been appointed as CCM’s new managing director.
He said: “It’s a really exciting time for the business and 2020 already sees us welcome four new team members in completely new job roles. Our newly appointed sales manager, Tina Brown, will be dedicated to organising and orchestrating our sales strategy for the coming year, supporting the team of four sales people.
“Our new marketing manager, Katie Anderson, will focus on CCM’s marketing strategy as well as providing marketing services to customers. Finally, business development manager, Sam Collin, starts on February 3rd as head of business development and will focus on expanding our growing client base. We are also on the lookout for a Social Media and PR Executive to support our marketing function and service offering to customers.
“After the company buyout last year, it is almost like the stars have aligned. Our current team of staff are the best we have ever had and capable of great things. That alongside our large investment into technology driven automation, we are growing our market share at a rapid rate and 2019/20 set to be our biggest year ever. We’ve seen a 25 per cent increase in gross profit this year and I don’t see why this, at the very least, can’t continue.”
CCM now says it wants to appoint a new social media and PR executive as its expansion continues apace.
