Luxury hotel and events venue unveils new menu

Van Dyk by Wildes, the high-end Derbyshire hotel and events venue, is set to unevil a new menu.
The new menu coincides with the opening of Van Dyk’s new £6m refurbishment which includes a further 54 bedrooms, spa, brasserie, three walled gardens and additional reception, which will become the main entrance to the hotel.
The new menu pays homage to classic British favourites as well as offering a selection of vegetarian and vegan options.
