Law firm reveals new corporate director

Law firm Freeths has appointed corporate director Hannah Tessyman. She joins from Knights.

Tessyman has over ten years’ experience with a particular focus on M&A and complex corporate reorganisations. Her clientele ranges from local and regional businesses to large national corporates.

Her appointment comes just weeks after corporate partner Martin Smith joined the firm. Freeths says more senior hires will be revealed over coming weeks.
