NG engineers expansion for printing solutions firm

NG Chartered Surveyors has let a 15,266 sq ft unit to a fast-expanding engineering firm.

Acting for landlords Walker and Sons, NG Chartered Surveyors has let Unit 6, Hamilton Road Complex, Sutton in Ashfield, to Sanco Technologies.

Sanco develops, designs and produces UV Bridges, Dryers, both Air Force, IR and UV, exposure units, Screen Drying Cabinet and may other products, most recently the development of high efficiency gas dryers – all for the printing industry.

Sanco is continuing its growth and has relocated from the Moorgreen Industrial Park in Eastwood into this larger facility.

Richard Sutton was able to broker terms quickly with Dave Reek of and Humberto Santos of Sanco to make ensure the deal went through as smoothly as possible.

Sutton said: “We also act for Sanco’s landlords at Moorgreen where NG have ‘back-to-backed’ a letting of Sanco’s old unit to another tenant on the estate without any void period.

“All in all we have 2 happy clients and one happy tenant.”
