Social scene: Brewhouse & Kitchen VIP launch

West Bridgford’s newest microbrewery was officially unveiled in front of an excited crowd of over 200 guests last Thursday night (29 June) during the VIP launch night of Brewhouse & Kitchen on Trent Bridge.
The name ‘Copper Forest Brewery’ for the new microbrewery was chosen by the crowd on the night from a shortlist of suggestions submitted by the general public. VIP guest Marcellus Baz, founder of the Nottingham School of Boxing, officially unveiled the winning title.
The former Riverbank site, boasting views overlooking the River Trent in the heart of West Bridgford, Nottingham, has seen a £600,000 investment to transform the venue.
Managing director Simon Bunn said: “We have been delighted with the response to our new Brewhouse & Kitchen site in West Bridgford and we would like to thank everyone who attended our launch party and made it such a success.
“We had a fantastic crowd who were really enthused about the unique offering we are bringing to Nottingham and we are sure the brews from the newly-named Copper Forest Brewery will become firm favourites amongst the local community.”
