On the move: the latest East Midlands hires

Architect Stephen George + Partners has appointed Viktoria Roy as BIM Manager at its Leicester office.
Previously at Pollard Thomas Edwards and Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios, Roy brings seven years’ experience working with various BIM applications.
She said: “Most of all I am a people person. I like building and empowering teams, provoking curiosity and surprise by coaching people who think technology is not for them. I like giving others the confidence to solve problems themselves.”
Marcus Madden-Smith, partner, Stephen George + Partners, added: “We’re delighted to welcome Viktoria to SGP. Her experience and skills will be a valuable addition to our BIM team, at a time when BIM is playing an increasingly core role across all the sectors in which we operate. We know that expanding our BIM services will bring key benefits to our clients, such as a smoother design and construction process, and better productivity.”
