J Tomlinson lands 600-house repair contract

J Tomlinson has partnered with a rural housing provider to deliver repairs and maintenance services to over 600 properties.

Midlands Rural Housing, part of social housing and care provider emh group, specialises in creating sustainable and affordable homes across rural areas of the Midlands.

The partnership follows the appointment of J Tomlinson on a £10m repairs and maintenance behalf of social landlord, emh homes, and will see J Tomlinson helping to maintain approximately 600 properties across the Warwickshire, Leicestershire, Swadlincote and Derbyshire areas.

Works comprise reactive maintenance, void works and 24/7 out-of-hours repairs call-outs. The three-year contract has an option to extend by an extra two years in 2021.
