On the move: the latest East Midlands hires

Derby-based risk assessment firm QSS Group has appointed Louise Parton-Ginno to the role of principal consultant.

Parton-Ginno has experience providing UK rail businesses with occupational health and safety advice and guidance as well as assessing the effectiveness of the implementation of the safety, quality and environmental systems. She is also a qualified trainer and can develop and deliver in-house training programmes and develop individual learning plans.

Carolyne Watkinson

A former sales advisor who has worked her way up through the housing industry has been appointed as the new sales director for Bellway East Midlands.

Carolyne Watkinson started out as a sales advisor 20 years ago.

Based at Bellway East Midlands head office in Leicester, she will oversee the sales for developments across Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Staffordshire and Derbyshire.

Watkinson said: “I was working as a Sales Manager when this role came up, and I knew it was the right time for me to progress in my career and take on a new challenge.

“My new role means I get to be involved in each development. It is so exciting to watch something you have worked so hard on become a reality and transform into a fantastic new community.

“Bellway has been an incredibly supportive place to work, where progression has always been encouraged. I am surrounded by a fantastic team, who all share the same, strong work ethic and this has definitely made my job easier.”
