Plans for major speculative development revealed

How the new units might look

A major speculative industrial development site is set to come to Blenheim Industrial Estate in Nottingham.

Trebor Developments and Hillwood have signed a deal to build two units of 42,635 sq ft and 77,692 sq ft on the 5.8 acre site.

A planning application for the scheme will be submitted shortly and subject to consent, work on the development is expected to start in summer 2019.

Bob Tattrie, managing partner for Trebor Developments, said: “Finding ways of unlocking brownfield sites in order to generate employment opportunities is what Trebor is best at and this is an example of working with partners, to assemble proposals which will bring forward mid box, industrial, speculative units of a high quality, on competitive terms which we believe will be very attractive to regional/local occupiers. We look forward to working closely with our partners to deliver this exciting scheme”.

Innes England and Knight Frank acted on the deal.
