Family business to invest £1m in new Derby outlet

A £1m investment that will create 10 jobs in Derby has been revealed by a family business. EMC Tiles, which employs more than 50 staff across the East Midlands, has moved onto Eagle Park in the city. Its new trade service centre will open on June 3 and will be its fourth – adding to those in Leicester, Loughborough and Nottingham. It will initially employ five people, rising to 10.
