Student accommodation firm Kexgill is set to turn more office space on Clarendon Street in Nottingham into student flats.

Mussons Liggins brokered the deal, which will see the former offices of financial services firm Talbot and Muir redeveloped.

This deal is the second for Kexgill on Clarendon Street having converted 21 from offices to 10 student apartments in 2018.

Area Manager for Kexgill Luke Gwinnett said: “[The team] is looking forward getting started on what we hope will be a relatively smooth and straight forward conversion process. Above all, we are excited to be able to offer even more high quality accommodation to the vibrant student community of Nottingham.”

Matthew Liggins negotiated the deal with new owners Kexgill. He said: “Both our client vendor and the new purchaser are very pleased with the outcome achieved here. I am looking forward to seeing how the works progress over the coming months as Kexgill commence converting these beautiful Listed Georgian properties into residential accommodation.”
