Chartered accountants submits new office plans

Chartered accountants and business advisers Duncan & Toplis has submitted plans to build a new office in Louth, Lincolnshire.
The Grantham-headquartered firm has worked with Stirlin on proposals for a new development at Plot 4 on Fairfield Industrial Estate in the town.
The building would include offices, meeting rooms, a kitchen and a reception area.
Parking provision is also included in the plans.
The firm intends to make the move after reaching full capacity at its existing premises in Louth.
Adrian Reynolds, managing director at Duncan & Toplis, said: “We see a great deal of potential in Louth, which is one of the reasons why we’ve taken the decision to submit a planning application for a new office development on the Fairfield Industrial Estate. We’ve worked closely with local developers Stirlin to prepare the application and design a building that will better accommodate our team and is attractive to passers by.
“Our Louth team has seen tremendous growth over the years and this has taken our current site at 15 Chequergate to maximum capacity. In order to future-proof our presence in the area, the new site is much larger with a good sized car park for colleagues and clients, a contemporary, open plan office space and we also plan to sublet half of the first floor to provide a modern office space for other local businesses.
“We hope that the application process will go smoothly and look forward to continuing to support businesses in Louth.”
