£1.1m apartment block up for sale

The Hub Apartments

A 12,766 sq ft block of flats in Leicester city centre is set to be auctioned for a guide price of over £1.1 million.

Allsop will auction The Hub Apartments on 31 October.

The building at 7 Yeoman Street comprises 18 flats plus ground floor storage and parking.

It currently generates a rent of £93,390 per annum.

The commercial property consultancy says the building also has potential for two additional floors, subject to planning consents.

Richard Adamson, partner at Allsop, said: “The Hub Apartments is a well-located freehold building in the heart of Leicester’s city centre, which, with a guide price of £1.1 million and a rental income of £93,390 per annum, provides a generous yield for the area. This, combined with development potential for the conversion of the ground floor storage units and the opportunity to add further floor space, means this investment is likely to generate considerable excitement among investors.”
