On the move: the latest East Midlands hires

Sachin Parmar

Cooper Parry Corporate Finance has added a new corporate finance manager to its ranks.

Sachin Parmar joins the Castle Donington-headquartered firm from Mazars. He previously worked for RSM in Nottingham for six years.

He said: “Every day presents a new challenge; unique opportunities to make a difference for business owners during what’s usually one of the most important decisions of their lives. That’s what I love about my role, and that’s why I’m really looking forward to my future here at Cooper Parry; especially as the team are so hot on the healthcare sector, which is an area I’m really interested in.

“I chose Cooper Parry because they’re liberating business services and adapting to serve the demands of the modern workplace. It’s refreshing to see and it’s an exciting place to work, with great work-life balance and like-minded colleagues. I’m joining the corporate finance team at the perfect time too. They’re expanding across the country, they’ve just completed a string of deals, and I’m looking forward to contributing to more in the near future.”

Andy Parker, head of Cooper Parry Corporate Finance, added: “We’re delighted to have Sachin join our team in this period of growth.  He has some great experience in a range of sectors and an excellent attitude to supporting clients to get deals done.”

Elsewhere, Long Eaton-based PPC agency Repeat Digital has appointed a new digital account manager and made one of its apprentices permanent.

Freddy Heppell has joined the company from GrowthLabs.

He will manage PPC strategy for Repeat Digital’s new clients whilst assisting managing director Olly Fisher with new business activity.

The company, which recorded its best month to date in July, now has five full members of staff.

Heppell said: “It is an exciting time to be joining Repeat Digital and I am looking forward to working with my new clients and colleagues. The firm has grown consistently over the past two years and having the opportunity to be more involved in the business development activity of an expanding small business greatly appealed to me.”

Molly Sneath and Freddy Heppell

Repeat Digital is also celebrating the news that Molly Sneath has successfully completed her Digital Marketing Level 3 apprenticeship and will continue at the agency as a digital marketing account manager.

Sneath has been with the firm for over 18 months whilst completing her apprenticeship.

Repeat Digital’s founder Olly Fisher said: “Molly has been invaluable to me whilst I was getting the company off the ground. I think she is the perfect example of the value that apprentices can add to the business and I am delighted that she will be staying on with us now that she has graduated.

“Keeping Molly and having Freddy join the firm puts us in a fantastic position to deliver excellent results for our existing clients whilst also keeping an eye on growth and new business opportunities.”
