Co-founder takes control at marble supplier

The co-founder of a Nottingham-based supplier of marble, granite and composite surfaces has sold his share in the company.

Chris Middleton has taken sole control of the company after a deal advised on by Magma Corporate Finance and backed by Chris Smith of HSBC. Gary Davie of Legal Clarity provided legal advice.

Middleton said: “The bright and energetic team along with record high sales mean it is an extremely exciting time to be part of the World of Marble story.”
