Fire and security business celebrates reaching £15m milestone with new office

Mansfield-based fire and security business Total Integrated Solutions (TIS) is set to expand after breaking through the £15 million turnover barrier for the first time.

Over the past year, the company has increased spending on its systems, infrastructure, assets and staff – particularly its internal Quality Team – and has decided to celebrate reaching the multimillion pound milestone by opening a fifth office in Uxbridge.

The new office will allow the company to extent its premium service to customers in the South and South East of England.

Karl Hayman, head of quality and culture at TIS, said: “The development of the Quality Team has been imperative to TIS’ success.

“Creating a positive and rewarding culture has motivated staff to deliver a truly premium service for our customers that has been reflected in our growth.”

Managing director James Twigg, who bought the business in April 2019, added: “I’m immensely proud of the progress we’ve made since April and I’m excited to see our triumphs continue.

“Our exceptional growth is down to the dedication of each and every member of staff – we’ve definitely got lots of plans to celebrate across all of our offices!”

TIS boasts a number of high-profile customers including the University of Leeds, Cadent Gas and the Audley Group.
