On the move: the latest East Midlands hires
Clumber Consultancy, the Nottinghamshire-based pensions and Employment Rights Act (ERA) provider to the UK insolvency market, has hired Louisa Thomas.
Thomas, who will work remotely from London, began her insolvency career at BDO in London in 2002, spending seven years as part of the large trading administrations team before moving across to lead the national ERA team.
Paul Milton, who heads up Clumber Consultancy’s ERA team, said: “Bringing someone of Louisa’s calibre and experience into the team is a major coup for Clumber. She is highly experienced in a niche area of employment law and strives to resolve employment consultation requirements to the benefit of all stakeholders, mitigating Employment Tribunal cases for office holders.
“With the addition of Louisa, we can not only access her huge talent and expertise, we can do it without needing a physical London base, thanks to our significant investments into our digital platforms, communications and leading security systems.”

Mark Howell
Simplify, the Leicester-based conveyancing and property services group has appointed Mark Howell as group head of marketing.
