Student accommodation provider reveals plans for 80 more apartments
Student accommodation provider Megaclose is planning another scheme in Nottingham city centre.
The company wants to build 80 student apartments on the corner of Mansfield Road and Shakespeare Street as part of a scheme that will redevelop the current building and add a fifth floor.
The scheme, at 7 Mansfield Road, will be designed by Maber Architects.
Megaclose has recently revealed plans to turn 7-11 Milton Street into 17 studio and cluster flats, housing 29 students, along with around 2,500 sq ft of retail space in a move that will create 10 jobs.
